JJ FOUNDRY new Inspection Centre

HEC Machinery(JJ FOUNDRY) has updated its inspection centre!

It is designed to be more practical and efficient. Environmental controls are more stringent to ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results.

We have introduced the advanced CMM Hexagon global plus 10.12.08, The addition of this high-precision equipment will greatly enhance our capability in measuring and tolerance checking of complex casting, which provides a strong guarantee for the accurate manufacturing of products.

We are also equipped with:

- Spectral analyzer

- X-ray

- Sand test(Mesh/Strength/Gas control)

- Hardness/Tensile/Strength test

- Density index test

- Metallographic analysis

- Salt spray test

- Contracer inspection

- Ultrasonic thickness test

The combined application of these instruments will enable JJ foundry to evaluate the physical and chemical properties more comprehensively, ensuring that each casting meets or even exceeds the expectations of our customers.
